Push Notifications
Real-time alert delivery
Alerts (speeding, geofence, power cut, DTC, etc.) now trigger instant push notifications on mobile and desktop. No need to keep the dashboard open — you get notified wherever you are.
Notification preferences
Configure which alert types trigger push notifications from Settings > Notifications. Choose per alert type whether to receive push, email, both, or neither.
PWA support
Push notifications work through the PWA — install the dashboard to your home screen and receive native-style notifications even when the browser is closed.
Stripe Billing Migration
Stripe as payment processor
Billing has migrated from Paddle to Stripe via Laravel Cashier. This provides more flexible plan management, better international payment support, and instant payment confirmation.
AI-powered plan recommendations
The Yipster AI assistant can now analyse your account usage and recommend the best subscription plan. Ask "What plan should I be on?" and get a data-driven recommendation based on your asset count, feature usage, and growth trend.
Token-based AI pricing
AI assistant usage is now metered with a transparent token system. Your plan includes a monthly token allowance, with clear usage tracking in the billing dashboard.
Vehicle Types & Map Icons
Custom vehicle types
Define custom vehicle types for your fleet (car, van, truck, bus, motorcycle, boat, etc.) and assign them to assets. Vehicle types determine the icon shown on the tracking map.
Map icon library
Each vehicle type has a dedicated map icon that displays on the tracking map, making it easy to distinguish different vehicle categories at a glance. Icons rotate to match the vehicle's heading direction.
Per-account customisation
Account administrators can create and manage vehicle types specific to their fleet, with custom names and icon assignments.
Mobility Upsell
Contextual upgrade prompts
IoT Dashboard users see contextual upgrade prompts with preview counts showing how many assets, work orders, and inspections are available if they activate Mobility features.
Feature add-ons
Purchase additional features (extra assets, premium reports, API access) as add-ons to your existing plan without changing your base subscription.
Onboarding Carousel
Welcome experience redesign
The previous single welcome modal has been replaced with a 6-step onboarding carousel that walks new users through key platform features with illustrations and clear calls to action.

Billing Enforcement
Graduated enforcement
Accounts that exceed their plan limits now receive graduated enforcement: warning notifications, followed by restricted access, with clear upgrade paths at each stage.
Self-service migration
Accounts on manual invoicing can now migrate to card-based billing directly from the dashboard.
