Earn rewards by referring new customers to Yipii IoT — share your link, submit leads, and climb the reward tiers

Refer & Earn

Yipii IoT's Refer & Earn programme turns your professional network into a revenue stream. When you recommend Yipii to another business and they become a paying customer, you earn a reward split between Yipii account credit and a gift card. The more successful referrals you make, the higher your reward tier climbs and the more you earn per referral.

This is not a one-time promotion. Refer & Earn is a permanent programme built into every Yipii IoT account. Whether you are a fleet owner, an operations manager, or a driver, you have a personal referral code and a dashboard to track every lead you submit.

How It Works

The programme follows a simple four-step cycle:

1. Share your link — Every Yipii IoT user gets a unique referral link. Share it via WhatsApp, email, or by copying the link directly. You can also submit lead details through the built-in form.
2. Lead is captured — When someone clicks your link and fills out the enquiry form, or when you submit their details directly, a referral lead is created and linked to your account.
3. Sales follows up — Our sales team contacts the lead, qualifies them, and works to close the deal. You receive email notifications as the lead progresses.
4. You earn a reward — Once the referred business signs up and has been an active paying customer for at least one month, your reward is generated automatically based on your current tier and the new customer's subscription value.

Who Can Participate

Every user on a Yipii IoT account can participate in Refer & Earn. Your referral code is tied to your personal user account, not to your company account, so your referrals and rewards are always yours.

Business owners and managers are natural referrers — you attend industry events, talk to peers at other companies, and know who could benefit from fleet tracking.

Drivers can refer too. If a driver mentions Yipii to a friend at another company and that company signs up, the driver earns a reward.

Where to Find It

Open the Referrals tab from the Operations view in the sidebar navigation. This is your referral dashboard — it shows your unique code and link, your current tier and progress, earned badges, pending rewards, and the full history of every lead you have submitted.

If you have not visited the referral dashboard before, your personal referral code is generated automatically the first time you open the page.

Dashboard Layout

Your referral dashboard is organised into several sections:

Tier cards at the top display all four reward tiers. Each card shows the tier name, the per-asset EUR rate, and the number of wins required. Your current tier is marked with a "NOW" badge so you can see where you stand at a glance.

Progress indicator below the tier cards shows how close you are to the next level with a message like "X more wins to [next tier]".

Action badges at the bottom of the page display your earned achievements: Give Referral, Hot Lead, First Win, Double Win, Power Referrer, and Legendary.

Summary tabs at the bottom provide quick access to your key metrics: Total Leads, Progress, Earned Rewards, and Pending Rewards.
