Signing Up

Getting started with Yipii IoT takes just a few minutes. Once you create your account, you'll have immediate access to the full platform — real-time tracking, reports, alerts, and more — with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card.

Create Your Account

Visit iot.yipii.io/auth/signup to begin. You'll need to provide a few basic details:

1. Enter your Company Name — this is the name your team members will see when they log in, and it appears on any branded tracking links you share with customers
2. Enter your Full Name — your first and last name as the account owner
3. Enter your Email Address — this will be your login email and where you'll receive alert notifications and scheduled reports
4. Choose a Password — minimum 8 characters. We recommend mixing letters, numbers, and symbols for stronger security
5. Add your Phone Number (optional) — enables SMS alert delivery for critical fleet events
6. Click Create Account

Verify Your Email

After submitting the form, check your inbox for a verification email from Yipii IoT. Click the Verify Email link in the message to confirm your address. This step ensures that alert notifications and scheduled reports reach you reliably.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Some corporate email filters may delay delivery. You can request a new verification email from the login screen if needed.

Once verified, you'll be redirected to the Operations view where you can start setting up your fleet.

Your new account comes with 14 days of full, unrestricted access to every feature on the platform:

The trial is designed to give you enough time to install trackers, see real data flowing, and evaluate whether Yipii IoT fits your operations.

After Your Trial

When the 14-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a subscription plan that matches your fleet size:

Your data is preserved when the trial ends — nothing is deleted. Once you subscribe, you'll pick up right where you left off with all your trip history, alerts, and settings intact.

First Steps After Signup

Once your account is ready, here's the fastest path to seeing your fleet on the map:

1. Add a GPS tracker — go to Devices and register your first GPS tracker using the IMEI number or QR scanner
2. Create an asset — add the vehicle details in Assets and assign the tracker to it
3. Open the Live Map — head to the Live Map to see your vehicle's position in real time
4. Set up your first alert — create a speed alert or geofence to start getting automatic notifications
5. Invite your team — add colleagues via User Management so they can access the platform too

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial is completely free and requires no payment information. You'll only be asked for payment details when you choose a subscription plan after the trial ends.

Can I invite team members during the trial?

Yes. You can add as many users as you need during the trial. Each user gets their own login and can access the platform based on the role you assign them (Admin, Manager, Viewer, or Driver).

What happens to my data if I don't subscribe after the trial?

Your account and data are retained for 90 days after the trial ends. During this period you can reactivate at any time by choosing a plan, and all your data will be intact. After 90 days, inactive trial accounts are scheduled for deletion.

Can I change my company name later?

Yes. Go to Account Settings to update your company name, contact details, and other profile information at any time.
