Achievement badges, the badge progress track, and how to monitor your referral journey
Badges & Progress
Beyond the reward tiers, Yipii IoT's Refer & Earn programme includes an achievement badge system that recognises key milestones in your referral journey. Badges are displayed on your referral dashboard as a visual progress track at the bottom of the page — a horizontal row showing how far you have come and what achievements lie ahead.
The Badge Progress Track
Your referral dashboard features a badge progress track — a horizontal row of badge nodes displayed at the bottom of the referral page. Each node represents a milestone:
- Earned badges are shown in full colour with a checkmark, connected by a solid filled line
- Unearned badges appear with a dashed border and muted colours, showing you what to aim for next
The track provides a clear visual narrative of your referral journey from first share to legendary status. On mobile devices, the track scrolls horizontally so all badges are accessible.
Available Badges
There are six achievement badges, each earned exactly once when you hit the corresponding milestone. Badges never expire and cannot be lost.
Give Referral
Earned when: You submit your first referral lead (or someone fills the form via your link).
This is your entry badge — proof that you have taken the first step. Whether you submitted the lead yourself through the form or someone clicked your referral link and filled out the enquiry form, this badge unlocks the moment your first lead is created in the system.
Hot Lead
Earned when: You submit a lead marked as a "hot lead" (the prospect was expecting the call).
Hot leads are the gold standard of referrals. When you have already spoken to someone about Yipii and they are receptive to a follow-up from our sales team, you tick the "Hot Lead" checkbox on the submission form. This badge recognises that you are not just sharing links — you are actively advocating and warming up prospects.
First Win
Earned when: Your first referral converts into a paying customer.
This is the big milestone. A lead moving from Submitted to Won means the person you referred has signed up for Yipii IoT and has been a paying customer for at least a month. Your advocacy directly resulted in a new customer — and your first reward.
Double Win
Earned when: Two of your referrals have converted.
Getting one referral to convert could be luck. Getting two confirms that you have a knack for identifying potential customers and making compelling introductions. This badge marks the transition from casual referrer to consistent contributor.
Power Referrer
Earned when: Five of your referrals have converted.
At five successful conversions, you are officially a power referrer. You have likely reached the Champion tier at this point (7 wins for Champion, but Power Referrer unlocks at 5) and your referral instincts are proven. This badge signals that you are among the top referrers in the programme.
Legendary
Earned when: Fifteen of your referrals have converted.
This is the ultimate badge, earned when you reach the Legend tier. Fifteen paying customers referred — that is a significant contribution to the Yipii community. You are earning the maximum reward per referral and have demonstrated extraordinary advocacy.
Badge Details
Each badge on your dashboard shows:

Next Step Guidance
Below the badge track, your referral dashboard displays a contextual guidance message that changes based on your current progress. This message always suggests the single most impactful action you can take right now:

| 5-14 wins | "Almost legendary! 15 wins gets you the ultimate badge" |
| 15+ wins | "You're a Legend! Keep referring and earning rewards" |
This guidance ensures you always know what to do next without needing to study the tier ladder or badge requirements.
Tracking Your Overall Progress
Your referral dashboard brings together all progress indicators in one view.
Bottom Tabs
At the bottom of the referral page, four tabs provide quick access to your key metrics:
- Total Leads — Every lead you have submitted, regardless of outcome
- Progress — Your current tier, win count, and distance to the next tier
- Earned Rewards — Total EUR value of rewards already issued
- Pending Rewards — Total EUR value of rewards awaiting processing
Lead History Table
Below the tabs, a full history table lists every lead you have ever submitted. Each row shows the lead's name, email, current status (colour-coded), phone number, fleet size, fleet type, and reward value if the lead was won. On mobile, leads appear as collapsible cards.
The table is sorted by submission date (newest first), so your most recent leads are always visible at the top.
