Pre-built fleet reports for downtime, fuel efficiency, operating cost, and service compliance — exportable, filterable, ready for management review

Reports

The Reports section is the home for pre-built fleet analytics. Each report aggregates data already in the system into a focused view for a specific question — Where is my downtime coming from?, Which vehicles are most expensive to operate?, Are we keeping up with our service schedules?

Access reports from the sidebar under General → Reports.

Available Reports

Downtime

Track total downtime per asset, broken down by reason (preventive, corrective, breakdown, accident). Spot the vehicles eating your operating budget.

Fuel Efficiency

Per-asset L/100 km (or MPG), rolled up over time. Combines fuel-log volume with odometer entries to compute consumption. Reveals which vehicles, drivers, or routes are dragging down fleet efficiency.

Operating Cost

Per-asset total cost of ownership over a period — fuel + parts + labor + expenses + amortised purchase price (when configured). The view to bring to a leasing or replacement conversation.

Service Compliance

Asset-by-asset view of service-schedule adherence. Shows assets currently overdue, due-soon, and on-track for every active schedule. Filter to a single schedule or look at the whole fleet at once.

Filters

Each report supports the standard list filters — date range, asset, driver, category — plus report-specific ones (e.g. fuel type for the Fuel Efficiency report).

Export

Every report has a CSV export button in the toolbar. The export reflects whatever filters are currently applied, so a filtered view exports a filtered slice.

Saved Views

Reports support Saved Views — pin a useful filter combo (e.g. "Q4 fuel efficiency, vans only") and recall it in one click on the next visit.
