This release brings automatic fuel cost tracking, account fuel prices, a drill-down fleet health view, richer vehicle types, and a faster, safer way to sign in.
Fuel Prices & Automatic Cost Tracking
Set your own fuel prices
A new Settings → Fuel Prices page lets you set per-account unit prices for petrol and diesel. Until you set your own, the platform applies a sensible national default (Malta petrol and diesel rates), so fuel cost estimates appear straight away without any setup.
Costs estimated automatically
When a refuel is detected automatically from a vehicle's telemetry, the platform now estimates its cost from your fuel prices and records it as an estimated fuel entry — clearly flagged as an estimate. You get a running picture of fuel spend without manually entering every fill-up, and duplicate detections within a short window are filtered out so the numbers stay clean.
Accurate totals and units
Fuel-log statistics now aggregate across your entire filtered set rather than just the page you're looking at, so totals and averages reflect everything you've selected. Detail views show the effective cost of each entry, and distances are shown in kilometres throughout.
Fleet Health, Drilled Down
Per-vehicle breakdown
The Fleet Health card on your dashboard is now expandable. Open it to see a per-vehicle breakdown of what's driving your fleet's health score, so you can go straight from a headline number to the specific vehicles that need attention. Health counts are now based on the right set of active vehicles for a more accurate picture.
Richer Vehicle Types
Parent types and subtypes
Vehicle types now follow a clear two-level hierarchy — a parent type (such as Car, Truck, or Boat) with specific subtypes beneath it, each with its own icon. When creating or editing an asset, you choose the parent type first and then the precise subtype, keeping your fleet categorised consistently across the platform.
Live Fuel & Odometer
Straight from the vehicle
Fuel and odometer readings now come directly from your connected devices, so the figures in your fleet records reflect what the vehicles are actually reporting — no separate sync step, fewer gaps, and more up-to-date numbers.
Faster, Safer Sign-In
PIN, magic link, and Google
Signing in is now quicker and more flexible. Set up a PIN for fast access on a trusted device, request a magic link to sign in by email without a password, or sign in with your Google account. The sign-in screen adapts to show the options available on your device, and PIN setup and reset now work reliably end-to-end.
