Code Quality Audit

Lazy loading and component splits

A thorough React audit across the Mobility dashboard introduced lazy loading for heavy components, split large files into focused modules, and removed 34 unused files. These changes improve initial load times and reduce the JavaScript bundle size.

Suspense boundaries

The magic-link verification page and other asynchronous routes now have proper Suspense boundaries, preventing blank screens during loading states.

Refer & Earn

The Refer & Earn program is now accessible directly from the Mobility dashboard sidebar. Fleet managers can view their referral code, share their unique link, submit leads, and track rewards — all without leaving the admin interface.

Nova admin management

Administrators can manage referral codes, leads, reward tiers, and partner accounts through the Nova admin panel. Bulk actions are available for processing leads and issuing rewards.

Onboarding

Opt-in welcome emails

Welcome emails sent during Mobility onboarding are now opt-in. Account administrators can choose whether new users receive the platform welcome email during the setup process, reducing inbox noise for accounts that prefer to onboard users in person.
